This free, 45-minute session is open to everyone who wants a brief introduction to some of the issues that caregivers face when trying to teach self-compassion to their children. Led by Jamie Lynn Tatera, you will learn why it's important to help children (and you!) grow in self-compassion. Jaime will also preview her upcoming full workshop on the topic where interactive workshop, caregivers will explore the concept of self-compassion through engaging activities, fun metaphors, and playful exercises. Self-Compassion Essentials, with Kristin Neff

This three-hour, online workshop taught by Kristin Neff will provide an introduction to the basic concepts and research on self-compassion through lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises.
