This workshop will help caregivers teach their young children how to grow self-compassion. You will explore how to help children learn self-compassion through engaging activities, fun metaphors, and playful exercises. This three-hour online workshop will be taught by Jamie Lynn Tatera. You can attend live or watch the recording later, available for at least 60 days. (CE credits available)
