Event Description

Tara Brach, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed meditation teacher, psychologist and author of several bestselling books including Radical Acceptance, Radical Compassion and Trusting the Gold. She founded the Insight Meditation Community of Washington and is co-founder of Banyan, an online mindfulness hub. Her teaching blends Western psychology with Eastern spiritual practices, and focuses on how people can use mindfulness and self-compassion to foster emotional healing.

Join us in this special event as we explore Tara’s approach to teaching and practicing self-compassion.
