Amy Noelle is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher, Certified Professional Life Coach, and dedicated mindfulness and self-compassion practitioner with advanced training in mental performance and mindfulness. Amy also serves as a mentor and coach within the Self-Compassion Institute. She has spent years developing and delivering self-compassion programming for individuals, organizations, and clinical populations. Amy brings both professional depth and the authenticity of personal practice to everything she teaches. She is passionate about sharing these life-changing practices and making self-compassion more widely accessible.

Psychologists: Continuing Education Credit for this program is provided by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This course offers 9.0 CE credit.
California licensed MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, LCSWs: Continuing Education Credit for this program is provided by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. 9.0 CE credit may be applied to your license renewal through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. For those licensed outside California, please check with your local licensing board to determine if CE credit is accepted.
Nurses: UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP16351, for 10.0 CE credit.
Attend all live sessions.
Purchase CE Credits within 48 hours of course completion. CE credits are not included in your course tuition. They cost $40. The purchase link will be available in your online course hub and sent by email.
Complete the post-course evaluation. After your purchase , you will be redirected to an online evaluation form. Completion is required to receive your CE certificate.
Receive your certificate. Your CE certificate will be issued electronically after the these requirements are confirmed by our team, usually taking about 10 days.

Yes, a limited number of scholarships are available at half the full price. We typically make award decisions two weeks before the start date of each course. Only applications submitted by that time are guaranteed a response. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out this form. You will select which start date you are applying for when you submit the form. Please see our course policies for more detailed information.
Each session will be recorded and the link posted in the online course hub. You’ll have at least 60 days after the course ends to review the recordings, after which they will be deleted. While recordings are available, the course is designed to be experienced live.
The inability to attend live class sessions does not make one eligible for a refund. We encourage you to review our refund policy in its entirety here.
Upon purchase of the course, you will immediately have access to all community benefits. You can get started exploring immediately. If you do not specifically extend or upgrade your membership, it will expire in 6 months.
If you are already a community member, you will keep your current membership plan, but we will extend your next payment date by six months. After that, it will automatically revert to your current plan, unless you take action.
Once you register for a course, you will immediately receive several emails: 1) a receipt, 2) a confirmation email about the course, and 3) an email about your membership access. Please look in your spam folder if you can’t find these initial emails.
If you are a new member, you will also receive a welcome series for members to help you get the most out of your membership experience. You can set up your member notifications to get the emails you want, and not the ones you don’t, in your member notifications center.
One week before the course begins, you will receive an important email with access to the online course hub and the Zoom link for the first session.
Two hours before each session, you will receive a reminder email with the Zoom link.
Twenty-four hours after each session, you will receive an email with summary materials and a link to the session recording.
We partner with the University of San Diego Center for Mindfulness to grant continuing education credits through the following agencies:
— American Pyschologial Association PA approved: 9.0 hours
— California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) approved: 10.0 hours

We have participation guidelines to make sure everyone in the course has a safe learning experience. If, in the opinion of the teachers and facilitators, you are not able to participate productively and appropriately in the event you have registered for, you may be asked to leave or be removed from the course. Please see our policies regarding participant removal and refund eligibility.
Our programs are designed to teach participants the tools needed to develop and cultivate a self-compassion practice. They are not a substitute for mental health care, personal therapy, or medical treatment.
Personal safety and emotional wellbeing are the foundation of self-compassion training, and you are responsible for your own safety. Teachers and facilitators are not expected, or able, to provide medical and/or psychological care. Course experiences may bring up challenging memories or feelings.
