This three-hour, online workshop taught by Kristin Neff will explore the key role that self-compassion plays for caregivers. A variety of practices will be taught that can help you bring compassion to the difficult task of being a caregiver, so you can care for others without losing yourself. CE credits available.
Join Kristin for a conversation with Dr. Russell Kolts, an expert in compassionate-based therapy, as he shares insights from his books such as The Compassionate Mind Approach to Managing Your Anger and The Anger Workbook.
