Workshop Description

“You don’t need a corner office or a title to be a leader. If you’re a parent guiding your children, a teacher shaping young minds, a colleague mentoring someone new, or even just someone trying to lead yourself through life’s challenges – you’re already leading.

This workshop is for anyone who guides others, formally or informally. Learn research-backed self-compassion practices that help you show up with both high standards and genuine care, navigate tough conversations with confidence, and create the kind of environment where people feel safe to grow and take risks.

In this three-hour online workshop, you’ll discover how the way you treat yourself directly impacts everyone around you. When you replace harsh self-criticism with skillful self-compassion, you model a different way of being that ripples out to transform relationships, teams, classrooms, and families.

Led by Amy Noelle, this workshop creates a safe space to explore how your inner dialogue shapes your outer leadership, and how a little kindness toward yourself can unlock more authentic and effective guidance – no matter where you sit on the org chart.”

This workshop is for you if…

  • You’re a parent who wants to model resilience and self-kindness for your kids
  • You’re a teacher or educator looking to create a more supportive classroom environment
  • You’re a manager or team lead who wants to guide with both high standards and genuine care
  • You’re someone who mentors, coaches, or supports others in any capacity
  • You find yourself being your own harshest critic, especially when things don’t go perfectly
  • You want to have difficult conversations with more confidence and less anxiety
  • You’re tired of the voice in your head that says you’re not doing enough or being enough
  • You lead a team, project, or initiative and want to create psychological safety for others
  • You’re in any role where people look to you for guidance, support, or direction
  • You want to break the cycle of perfectionism that’s affecting both you and those around you
  • You’re ready to discover that being kind to yourself isn’t selfish – it’s strategic
  • You believe that how we treat ourselves sets the tone for how we treat others
