Attendees can ask Kristin questions about any topic related to self-compassion - from practice issues to research to the application of self-compassion in various realms of life.

Through guided mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and insightful discussions, you'll learn practical tools to bring awareness to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, this workshop will help you deepen your practice and apply it to everyday life. Who can benefit from this workshop?
