What are the short workshops?

Our short workshops provide 3 hours of live instruction, designed to help individuals cultivate kindness, understanding, and patience toward themselves, particularly during times of stress, failure, or self-doubt. Through a combination of activities, guided exercises, and discussions, we explore the importance of self-compassion in enhancing emotional well-being, resilience, and mental health. They can be attended live or you can watch the recording.

Who should attend?

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to improve their emotional well-being and learn how to treat themselves with more kindness and understanding. It’s especially beneficial for those who experience self-criticism, perfectionism, or stress. No prior experience or background in mindfulness or self-compassion is required.

Are these workshops online or in-person?

Our workshops are available online. Please check the specific event details for the format of the workshop you’re attending.

  • Online workshops will be held via Zoom. Participants will receive a link to join before the event.
Do I need any special equipment or materials?
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone with audio and video capability.
