It is open to the general public and provides a total of 12 hours of training over two days.
The Power of Tender and Fierce Self-Compassion
This workshop will provide a unique opportunity to see Kristin Neff in-person, as she very rarely teaches in Europe. During the workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to respond to life’s challenges more productively. You’ll learn to use tender self-compassion to accept yourself and your emotions, and fierce self-compassion to protect yourself and set healthy boundaries. When in balance, fierce and tender self-compassion provide strength and emotional resilience.
Essentials of Self-Compassion, with Kristin Neff (through CSMC)
This three-hour online workshop by Dr. Kristin Neff will provide an introduction to the basic concepts and research on self-compassion through lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises. You will gain practical tools to bring it into your daily life, including how to support yourself in difficult moments; work with distressing emotions; and motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism.

This three-hour online workshop by Dr. Kristin Neff will present theory and research on the key role that self-compassion plays for caregivers. A variety of practices will be taught that can help you maintain equilibrium in difficult caregiving situations.
