Self-Compassion for Caregivers, with Kristin Neff

This three-hour, online workshop taught by Kristin Neff will explore the key role that self-compassion plays for caregivers. A variety of practices will be taught that can help you bring compassion to the difficult task of being a caregiver, so you can care for others without losing yourself. CE credits available.

Self-Compassion for Work Stress and Burnout, with Kristin Neff

This three-hour, online workshop taught by Kristin Neff will use lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises to help you learn to be self-compassionate so you can reduce work stress and burnout. Simple tools will be provided to help you cope on the job, so you can support yourself when you need it most. CE Credits available.

Introduction to Fierce Self-Compassion, with Kristin Neff

This three-hour, online workshop by taught by Kristin Neff will focus on the fierce aspect of self-compassion through lecture and experiential exercises. By learning to balance fierce and tender self-compassion, you can begin to speak up, draw boundaries, and stand up for yourself with greater confidence. CE Credits available.

Self-Compassion Essentials, with Kristin Neff

This three-hour, online workshop taught by Kristin Neff will provide an introduction to the basic concepts and research on self-compassion through lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises. You will gain practical tools to bring self-compassion into your daily life, including how to support yourself in difficult moments; work with distressing emotions; and motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism. CE Credits available
