The best way to practice self-compassion is with others, so we can recognize our common humanity. Become a member of our Self-Compassion Community - which is dedicated to bringing more warmth and kindness into the world. As a community member, you will have access to a vast array of offerings that will help you develop a strong and stable self-compassion practice. For example, you can:
Attend live gatherings with Dr. Neff once a month and ask her questions directly. If you can't make it live, then you can see her Q&A dialogues with participants from past gatherings.
Attend weekly group sessions with Self-Compassion Mentors who will help you deepen your practice. It's also a beautiful opportunity to connect with other community members.
Join Dr. Neff in special conversation hours with colleagues such as Chris Germer, Tara Brach, Dan Siegel, Dick Schwartz, Rick Hanson, Shauna Shapiro, and others!
Receive self-compassion training in the Learning Corner - a library of learning modules from past workshops taught by Dr. Neff.
Read dozens of blog posts created by Dr. Neff about self-compassion practice, which usually include a short video and guided exercise.
Exchange ideas and experiences with other community members in our discussion forums. These forums are focused on particular areas of life - personal, interpersonal and professional.
Need help remembering to be self-compassionate? You can sign up for a daily reminder sent by text or e-mail to help you remember!
Receive special member benefits such as a 15% discount on all course offerings by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. You will also have two months free membership in the Sounds True One program, allowing you to watch a full-length documentary on self-compassion that features Dr. Neff and colleagues.
