This practice helps you bring all aspects of self-compassion to a current struggle.
The Self-Compassion Break is a core self-compassion technique that has been empirically proven to enhance well-being. In this practice, you’ll intentionally call in the three components of self-compassion – mindfulness, common humanity, and kindness – to help when you’re experiencing difficult emotions or a life challenge.Â
