Shauna Shapiro, PhD, is a best-selling author, professor, clinical psychologist, and internationally recognized expert in mindfulness and self-compassion. She has spent two decades studying the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion, publishing over 150 papers and three critically acclaimed books including Good Morning I Love You: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices to Rewire Your Brain for Calm, Clarity and Joy. Her TEDx Talk, What You Practice Grows Stronger, has been viewed over 3 million times.

Join us as we explore how Shauna approaches self-compassion in her research and teaching.
