Elisha Goldstein is a bestselling author of books such as Uncovering Happiness: Overcoming Depression with Mindfulness and Self-Compassion and the new book Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity. He’s a practicing clinical psychologist, host of the Emotional Longevity Podcast, and the founder of the Mindful Living Collective. His own struggles with inner conflict led him to discover the power of meditation, community, and self-compassion—tools that now shape his work with people around the world.
He leads Uncover the Power Within, a global therapeutic coaching program that helps individuals break free from emotional struggle through live weekly coaching, daily support, and a proven path to lasting change.
