Ashley Kuchar, PhD is a former star college basketball player and the founder of Fail Better Training, which teaches athletes, coaches, and professionals how to use self-compassion to improve their performance. Ashley completed her dissertation under the supervision of Kristin Neff at the University of Texas at Austin.
