This workshop explores the power of self-compassion in supporting adolescent mental health. Drawing on current research and her Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens curriculum, Dr. Bluth shares practical tools to help teens navigate difficult emotions with kindness and resilience. The session includes experiential exercises, breakout discussions, and insights tailored for parents, educators, and mental health professionals.
