This page will be the top-level page for the section of the member community dedicated to explicit learning. We imagine will start will one “course” that goes through introductory topics on Self Compassion. It will have 10-20, short 5-15 minute instructional clips drawn from past workshops. They will be labeled and described and have a play button for each clip. Unlike the videos for the events, these will not be updated at regular intervals.
Over time this section might also include other types of materials (not just video) that structure learning about self-compassion
