Self-Compassion Gathering, a LIVE Question & Answer with Dr. Kristin Neff
April 8 @ 11:00 am - 12:15 pm
Self-compassion is one of the most powerful sources of coping and resilience we have available to us. It’s a constant friend that can support us in times of need. It allows us to motivate ourselves with kindness rather than harsh self-criticism.
In these special monthly events, Kristin will open with a guided self-compassion meditation, followed by a live question and answer with Kristin. The questions can be on any topic related to self-compassion – from practice issues to research to the application of self-compassion to various realms of life. This meeting is held on Zoom, and costs $40 to reserve your space. A recording of the event will be available to registrants afterwards.
Reduced scholarship rates are available for individuals who have a financial need. On an honor basis, please select $25 when checking out.
* Please note that space is limited. When you register for this event, you acknowledge that this session will be recorded and may be used for future projects and that the event organizer retains all rights and permissions to use, distribute and promote these recordings.
** Participants will be emailed the Zoom link 24 hours before the event begins, and then again on the day of.
