Chris Germer, PhD is co-founder of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and author of several books including The Mindful Path to Self-compassion.  We’ll be discussing Chris’s latest work on understanding how self-compassion unravels shame, and the new 8-week Self-Compassion for Shame course he’s developed for the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. We’ll also be discussing the role of self-compassion in reducing burnout.

This meeting is held on Zoom.  It will be recorded and made available to community members afterward. Please only RSVP if you intend to join us in real-time.
